Lockwell Super Vises

AVL Series is made for "mill and cut machining" and provides Lockwell Anti-Lift mechanism. It is to be aim at the workpiece which precision is important but does not require strong clamping force. The largest clamping force is about 2,000kg/cm2.

- The vise is made of FCD. 80000 PSI (600kgs/mm²) Ductil iron, and the slide ways are hardened to HRC 45°.
- The rigid construction prevent distortion of the base.
- Clamping force and ANTI-LIFT mechanism features virtually eliminate any fixed jaw deflection and jaw lift.
- Chips covers protect lead screw from damage.
- Thrust bearing eliminates friction and increases clamping pressure.
